There is something terribly wrong with these people other than politics, IMO.

I am surprised this has not been written about and if it has, my apologies.   Who does this?  All politics aside, who does this in their right minds and to insult people like the Parkland Dad who lost a child?

Getting shot is not a game or show.   I think Trump is enjoying the show.   One of our members here got a time out for posting a pic and the whole ear thing and I might get in trouble for showing this but  this new thing is insane to me.   I mentioned our member here because even Daily Kos thinks anything  that appears in bad taste of an attempted assassination is a bridge too far.

I guess it isn’t a bridge too far at the RNC to put napkins on one’s ear to be in solidarity with King Trump.  Made me wonder if he has hemorrhoids would they pull out the preparation H and drop their drawers?

Look, I was pissed back when Kerry’s injuries were made fun of by these same kind of people wearing bandages and all kinds of stuff, poking fun of John Kerry being in Vietnam. This is quite different.  It is not poking fun which is inappropriate but standing in solidarity and trying to impress the want a be king.

I read this today and wonder when the people from the Twilight Zone got into power and continues to show no civility or wearing a fake ear pad as a mark of heroism from a gunshot injury,

Here is the story and pic of people with napkins on ears from yahoo.

People at the RNC in Milwaukee with what appear to be napkins covering their right ears.

Attendees of the quadrennial Republican gathering have been attaching napkins to their heads to mimic a bandage worn by Trump, who said his ear was “pierced” by a bullet at a Saturday campaign rally in Pennsylvania

The father of a 14-year-old who was killed in the 2018 Parkland school shooting thinks Republican National Convention attendees’ fake ear bandages are disrespectful to people who were actually injured in last week’s assassination attempt on former President Donald Trump.

“This image infuriates me in ways that I cannot express deeply enough,” Fred Guttenberg wrote in a social media post Thursday, alongside a picture of three people at the RNC in Milwaukee with what appear to be napkins covering their right ears.

What in the world is wrong with people?  How far and uncivil will they go for the orange man ?  If I was really really smart, I would be selling orange body dye so they could all be in solidarity and I would make enough money to leave this crazy half  country.

This thing they are doing is just sick and demented.  I mean what message are they trying to send.

We feel sorry for you” or We believe you, or We feel your pain.  What is their message because it is infuriating many who have been affected by gun violence.

I couldn’t find the you tube from that mocking but found the story…..

Remember this from CNN years ago during that Republican Convention and it was shameful but sure wasn’t in soladarity,

Delegates mock Kerry with 'purple heart' bandages

www.cnn.com/…

Wednesday, September 1, 2004

NEW YORK (CNN) -- Delegates to the Republican National Convention found a new way to take a jab at Democratic presidential candidate John Kerry's Vietnam service record: by sporting adhesive bandages with small purple hearts on them.

Morton Blackwell, a prominent Virginia delegate, has been handing out the heart-covered bandages to delegates, who've worn them on their chins, cheeks, the backs of their hands and other places.
