Trump has got to spend money in Florida….No doubt about it.
A new poll shows former President Trump leading Vice President Harris by only 2 points in Florida ahead of what could be a tighter-than-expected race in the red state in November.
Trump leads Harris with 49 to her 47 percent support in the Sunshine State, according to a Morning Consult poll released Monday. The poll’s margin of error is plus or minus two points.
Prior to the release of the latest Morning Consult poll, The Hill/Decision Desk HQ’s average showed Trump leading Harris by 3.3 percentage points. A poll released by The Hill and Emerson College last week showed Trump leading Harris by 5 points in Florida, well within the survey’s margin of error
I have not seen but one Trump sign in my red red county and I have seen a few Harris signs.
I have seen supporters for VP Harris on the side of the road.
Looks like Florida is in play.
Vice President Harris’ latest endorsement for president came from a previous POTUS, Friday. Former President Barack Obama signed with the former First Lady Michelle Obama in a phone call. The Harris Campaign posted a segment online afterward. It’s the latest bump of momentum for Harris, less than a week after President Biden dropped out.
While her campaign plans its next moves, here in Florida, Democrats say they’re seeing enthusiasm unlike anything before.
One thing for sure, it won’t be a landslide for Trump. He will have to spend lots of money and resources in Florida. The abortion issue is hurting him badly. It’s on the ballot.
