When kids are slaughtered.  When guns are awash in America.  When a person cannot pull in the wrong driveway and get shot.  When school kids are murdered ,  We are living in a war zone and is this not genocide?  Pulling in the wrong driveway in a liberal state and getting shot is not freedom.  Knocking on the wrong door and being shot is not freedom.   This is not America.  Having drills to try and not be killed while getting an education is not freedom?  How is this not Crimes Against Humanity?    What are these people so afraid of and what is so important and golden to kill a person to protect your furnishings.  Was January 6 not a Crime Against Humanity?  Was Newtown not a Crime against Humanity?  Or El Paso?  Or Nashville?  Or any of these mass shootings.

Is Arming America to the teeth not a form of genocide from rhetoric of fear?  How is this freedom and not a Banana Republic?  I want to know why the media is not asking these questions.

Elements of the crime

According to Article 7 (1) of the Rome Statute, crimes against humanity do not need to be linked to an armed conflict and can also occur in peacetime, similar to the crime of genocide. That same Article provides a definition of the crime that contains the following main elements:

  1. physical element, which includes the commission of “any of the following acts”:
    1. Murder;

So how is the United States of Armed American escaping these crimes?

People in leadership being bullied, a corrupt representation including the Supreme Court.  Rich not paying their fair share of taxes.  No equal opportunity?  Arming people with no regulation of weapons.  Fear.   Rape….Abuse of Power….Insurrection…. mass shooting…Spreading lies and hatred to cause violence.  Racism...Forcing Doctors not to  do what they believe is Do No Harm.

All of these things are Trial worthy, are they not?
