I learned in my early twenties never to say Thank Goodness this year is over. NEVER even think it.
This year has been the worst year of my life….SO FAR. I am sick to my stomach just thinking of 2022.
Call me paranoid. Call me coverered in serious concern but look at what we are evolving into and each year it seems to get more dire. So when you crack open that bottle of champagne one minute after midnight January 1...don’t feel too relieved. Just don’t. Your celebration may be a bit premature. As of December 11, we are still breathing, still talking here on DK, still hoping but come 2022, we do not have a clue what we face. The conspiracy theorists are growing in number and they hate us. We are on the edge. Hold tight because this bad moon is not through rising, I fear. Downer diary? Yeah and a realistic one as well. Look at the climate change and all those tornadoes! Look at the shootings, the Pandemic, the overdoses and cling tight to your loved ones. Take care of yourselves and don’t expect our world to magically turn a curve at the stroke of midnight. We are fighting for more than the soul of America, we are fighting for our very minds and freedoms. How we do that, I just don’t know with all the crazies getting larger and more evil.
