What is going on with the New York investigations on Trump and when will he be held responsible?

I know investigations take a long time but this man has caused so much damage with his enablers, I want to see some depositions, some results and some accountability.   With all the damage he has caused, I think this is long overdue.   The Mueller report was squashed and now that he is out of office I look everyday to hear more news from the Southern District of New York.

I know this happened recently but what about all of his grifting and all sorts of tax evasion?

In another strike against restrictive covenants in employment contracts, Judge Paul G. Gardephe of the Southern District of New York ruled in Jessica Denson v. Donald J. Trump For President, Inc. that the non-disclosure and non-disparagement clauses in Trump Campaign (“Campaign”) employment contracts are unenforceable.

I mean, when is his butt going to be held in a court of law for criminal activity?

We haven’t even discussed his sedition role.

Below was from the New York Law Journal

The team in Vance’s office charged with investigating Trump, and going through the newly acquired documents, includes Mark Pomerantz, a former chief of the criminal division for the U.S. Attorney’s Office of the Southern District of New York who took leave from Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison to help with the investigation

Attorney general investigates Trump Organization projects

James officially revealed that her office was investigating Trump’s business dealings this past August, with an eye on four Trump Organization properties and his failed attempt to buy the Buffalo Bills. The civil probe is examining whether the company fraudulently inflated asset values to access loans and other benefits. Eric Trump, an executive with the Trump Organization, was deposed in October as part of the investigation. And The New York Times reported last month that James and Vances’ offices both issued subpoenas to the Trump Organization for records related to consulting fees. The inquiry comes after the paper’s bombshell report on Trump’s tax returns, which found that Trump reduced his taxable income by writing off millions of dollars of consulting fees, some of which were paid to his daughter Ivanka. She denounced the inquiries as “harassment” motivated by “politics, publicity and rage.”
