This is just my opinion but something people should mull over in their minds.
When accountability of behavior went out the window, people felt that it was OK to just act as they please. When Joe Wilson yelled “ YOU LIE” then he should have been brought up on ethics charges. Why even have A Roberts Rule of Order and some protocol on behavior in the People’s House if not going to enforce them?
We also have a lot of anger from people who have been dumbed down with drugs and no I am not talking marijuana. We do have a huge epidemic with drugs that even the President has spoken about. How many actual followers of Trump are strung out ?
People have slowly been dumbed down through radio and television. People like Rush Limbaugh downing women. Under the Bush Administration, lying was accepted as no consequences when lying to us. Why was Rove never arrested?
When people were not prosecuted or at least censured for the torture and antics pulled at GITMO and Aba Garub why were they not held accountable? When people spit upon elected officials such as John Lewis at a Tea party rally then accountability was no where in sight. When the Bundy bunch was allowed to take up land and time rolled on, this added fuel to the flame. These people should have been dealt with swiftly and effectively. When we have so called law enforcement getting away with torture and murder in the name of crowd control or justice and getting paid vacation in the name of paid leave is not accountability.
People ARE angry but a hateful narcissist who taps into many things will not make things better but worse..but being drugged, dumbed down by certain reality shows, losing homes and living in a world of Zombies and virtual games is not dealing with reality. There are millions of people who do not watch fair and balanced news. They do not get on political blogs. They DO watch The Apprentice. They do watch Dancing with the Stars. They do not want to have to deal with their own reality or look for real answers regarding their own situation and where the blame lies. They are fed up with being broke, poor, helpless, and the churches have a huge role in their mindset. They have been taught that black people, hispanic people, muslims and most women are the cause they have been left behind. Donald Trump turns the finger on all of this including the Republican and Democratic leaders and they buy it. They were already angry. There are people who blame the President because they did not get a Cost of living wage. They know this little about politics. If some of these people were held hostage and for their lives absolutely could not tell you what branch of government does what and which branch is responsible for what? The believe the lies they are told over and over by people like Info Wars and Conspiracy and haters.
They blame the president because the real culprit would be those who colluded to stop him from doing his job. The people cannot accept reality as it really is. He got where he is because people are dumbed down and broke. The Donald has tapped that and ignorance is abound. Take all of those things and add them up. You end up with you banks, corporations, government not being held accountable. It is hard to see up when you are at the bottom living in your parents basement or the parent having kids piled in on you and everyone is eating cat food. This also accounts for some of the Bernie love from young people and those older people who have had retirement slipped away. The Donald is opposite of The Bern but they have tapped into something that just bumfuzzles the establishment. The establishment reminds me somewhat of the changes from fifties and the sixties rebelled. They don’t understand because #1 the republicans do not want to accept responsibility for not accepting people of all race , gender, marital status, etc. The democrats did not hold the republicans accountable and let something evil take hold. This is exactly what happened in the Jim Crow era when Dixiecrats moved over to the republicans. The government is broken.. No doubt. Old uninformed, sexist, racist have told their youth to hate. Talk Radio has told the ignorant to hate. The church itself has taught hate. Big Money is Big and the peasants are angry. GOTV !!!! Get out the Vote !! Your life depends on it and do not take this election as entertainment. This is serious. People are in shock and cannot believe this is real.. Get over the shock and start preserving your country from the maniac and the people who support him.
I voted for Bernie in Florida but I am now in full force behind Hillary because The Trump is dangerous. His followers are dangerous. The Bernie supporters want change but after people get to vote, the reality is we as Democrats need to be unified to stop us from the dumbed down bullies who came ARMED THIS TIME.
Hillary will be the nominee. Get behind her. Get behind sanity and preach it to anyone who will listen. Anger is not solutions. Purity is not an answer. This is not a video game. We don’t get nine more lives. We don’t get to tune in next week who wins in Shark Tank or survives off the Island. The bottom line is thanks to some real bad mistakes in people not being in places like the Daily Kos they will be the ones who could wake up and find out Donald Trump has told them. “ YOU’RE FIRED”. He will then begin to take away liberties that they never thought about losing and Cheney will help him as they dig into the bunker.
