The coming years will bring the threat of water shortages and massive costs associated with cleaning up our reservoirs, rivers, and streams in order to ensure drinkable water. These are the unintended negative consequences of lax accountability standards and a lack of regional governance that properly balances economic and environmental needs. I will support all laws that ban hydraulic fracturing also known as fracking. More science has demonstrated the risk of fracking, a general term for various ways oil companies pump chemicals into a well to either dissolve or break up underground rock formations to stimulate oil and gas production, which is detrimental to health and promotes water pollution. in addition, I will support all efforts to prevent offshore oil drilling.
We have a lot of Toxic Algae all along our beaches and those in power in Florida continue to ignore the horrible effect on health, property and tourisn affecting the State of Florida. We have climate change deniers and this man can help Florida with our pollution issues.

We cannot move Florida forward without dedicated representation for the people who feel voiceless.
Carl can give District 23 that voice.
This is Carl’s stand on reproductive rights.
Politicians don’t make great doctors, and politics has no place in a private and deeply personal decision between a woman, her faith, her family, and her doctor. I will fight to uphold a woman’s constitutional right to exercise her right to choose. Women should have control over their own healthcare decisions, and the legislature should be more concerned with ensuring increased access to health care rather than restricting it.
Please take the time to read about all of the issues that Carl cares about and there are many.
