Secret Service Blocking subpoena on Kushner O'Donnell reporting..since April

Servers have attempted to serve Kushner and cannot get past Secret Service.

How is this not obstruction of justice?   Can Rosenstein deliever the Subpoena ?

The same thing will hold true for 45 unless this stops.   No one is above the law. They are supposed to protect from bullets and bodily harm, not subpoenas.

Secret Service vs Rule of Law.   No one will sign the certified mail.   Do the Secret Service of which we the tax payers pay have more power than Court orders and if this is happening, they won’t show up in court either if served as they are ABOVE the Law  according to the Executive Branch.   Can the United States Congress demand the rule of law apply towards subpoenas?  What in the world???  

We have no law.  What we have here is a constitutional crisis IMO on top of a national emergency.

2/2 The DNC hasn’t been able to serve Kushner - a legal term that means notifying him he’s a defendant. They can’t serve him because he’s deliberately ducking, even hiding behind the Secret Service. The DNC had to file a motion to ask the judge for help. https://t.co/ZVyBm5s4Dj
