The way I understand it, the Supreme Court giving Trump card blanche on citizenship, what is stopping him from going back on the generations. To me it means Trump has been given the right to decide who is a citizen and who is not. It is limiting the way I understand it, is left to lower courts statewide. How stupid to say a person can be born in one state and be a citizen but if born in another state is not. What kind of law is even constitutional under this administration? This is crazy. He has taken war with lawyers and many who can file lawsuits won’t. This is saying on MSNBC Supreme Court allows Trump Adm to take steps to implement an end of birthright citizenship . This will cause chaos more than we have. It could overwhelm some states to have their child be protected as a citizen. We need the courts to uphold nationally the constitution. This is patchwork on merit.
Trump and republicans are killing the constitution and it seems we are on our own. The court loses power to Trump. He is a king at this point IMO.
How hard is it for an individual child born in America whose parents undocuments or claimed to be undocuments be declared not a citizen under this constitution?
