Don’t close your eyes on a park bench or in a meadow. You could be fined or jailed. Homeless people have rights. Ordinary citizens have rights to close their eyes and nap . This is beyond ridiculous. People who are not well need fresh air and sometimes they doze. OMG...our founders would kick his ass I think.
